I have graduated from one of the top universities in Iran as one of the top students in English Language and Literature. I’ve been teaching English for 6 years. I have taught English to students from several countries such as China, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Ukraine, etc. I would like to choose teaching as my main career for the foreseeable future and to do so I’ve decided to advance my career by teaching in a distinguished school in China.
One of the reasons that makes me the right candidate for your school is that I have the suitable educational background. Studying English Literature in my university was not limited to Literature studies, I have passed several units on TESL methodology, linguistics, etc. I have finished a 50-hour English Teacher Training Course held by the University of Isfahan and I’m already almost done with a 150-hour TESOL certificate from Arizona State University.
Talking about my experience in teaching, I have taught grade 5 and 6 for Iranian Ministry of Education which has provided me great insight into how it is to work with students in this age and how to communicate and build a rapport with them. Furthermore I have thousands of hours of hands-on experience of teaching English to kids, teenagers and adults where I have faced several challenges and obstacles and managed to overcome them.
