Self-introduction:
have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Education and I have earned certifications in Reggio Emilia pedagogy and English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). I am a highly compassionate and approachable teaching professional, with over 4 years of hands-on teaching experience in Early Years. Being a versatile educator, I have had the opportunity to instruct a wide variety of students from various backgrounds and all facets of society. As a result, I am a compassionate teacher, who remains sensitive to children\'s unique needs, differentiates instructions, provides individual and whole group support and integrates multicultural teaching units while offering positive encouragement and reinforcement to keep students focused and motivated.
Thanks to my Reggio Emilia background, I am able to research, locate and incorporate a variety of resources and teaching styles to accommodate students via visual, audio, tactile and kinesthetic methods. I integrate literature, phonics activities and technology to ensure
that each child is able to comprehend and retain the language. My goal is to foster and maintain an open, honest, communicative and supportive classroom in which each student feels safe, special and appropriately challenged
