Dr. Md. Enamul Huq is presently working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing

(LIESMARS) of Wuhan University, China. He received his PhD in Engineering in the field

of Environmental Science and Engineering from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), China. He completed his MS in Geography and Environmental Studies from University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh with very good result (rank 2nd). Afterwards he got Chinese Government Scholarship for PhD degree leads by China Scholarship Council (CSC) in China. In his B.Sc. level, he received scholarship as an outstanding student from the Faculty of Life and Earth Science, University of Rajshahi. In the meantime, Dr. Huq worked as the Principal Investigator (PI), International Consultant and member for several research projects. In addition, he is an author/co-author and corresponding author for 21 scientific journal articles including 12 ISI peer reviewed and SCI-indexed others are EI indexed. Dr. Huq also an editorial board member of BMC Research Notes journal. He is also a reviewer of several ISI peer reviewed and SCI-indexed journals. Moreover, 1 book of him has been published from LAMBERT Academic Publishing, Germany. In addition, a number of scientific manuscripts are in pipeline to be published in SCI-indexed journals. Meanwhile, he attended in several national and international conferences and workshops with oral presentation. His research interest focuses on Environmental issues, Heavy metal in groundwater, Environmental hazards, Application

of GIS and RS in environment.
